by Wildcat Ranger Station in the Boulder Mts, driving into Boulder Mts, from Loa-Lima area, before passing the ranger station, there is a pair of bathrooms off the side of the road on the right, follow dirt road that's off to the side of the bathrooms until you get to a maroon cabin, walk through the fence past the cabin and into a marshy area.
