Locality about 1 mile SE of Bakerville, on Grizzly Gulch Road, S of I-70/US Highway 6, 0.6 miles NE of junction of road to Steven's gulch & Grizzly Gulch. 
Ecology mixed forest of Engelmann spruce, aspen, both dry, wet glades on north slope.
