Ecology mid-elevation sclerophyll woodland: Arbutus arisonica, Arctostaphylos pungens, Cerocarpus montanus, Garrya wrightii, juniperus deppeana, Nolina microcarpa, Opuntia chlorotica, Pinus discolor, Quercus grisea, Q. hypoleucoides, Q. reticulata, Yucca schottii
