Locality Uinta Mountains, Middle Fork Beaver Creek, E slope of unnamed mountain between West and Middle Forks of Beaver Creek, NR-58, ca. 200 meters S of turnoff to Middle Beaver Creek, N side of road;
     Elev.: 8740 ft. (2665 m.)
Habitat Notes open sagebrush slope surrounded by lodgepole pine forest.
